Dynamic URL

A dynamic URL is basically a continuous web address that is generated in real time depending on the parameters of that node state; it involves user input, database queries, or information sessions. For example: unlike static URLs, usually a dynamic URL will have parameters even like the following: “?id=123” or “&category=books”. Many such sites are e-commerce sites, forums, and content management systems where pages are dynamically created depending on the search filter or user preference. While it works as a dynamic URL, the problem becomes how SEO can understand that site; examples of such problems include the possibility of duplicating contents as well as poor keyword optimisation. In cases where the URL has excess parameters, for example, search engines may not be able to crawl dynamic pages very well. Through rewriting, it will now be possible to convert dynamic URLs into clean, static-like formats. Re-writing of URLs could be used for purposes of divesting of search engine optimisations since such would improve crawlability, thus improving usability as well as search visibility as much easier by both search engines and users to understand the contents of the page.
